Contact Centre Quality Administrator

Tyrefix keeps the off-highway market moving with fast, reliable tyre repairs and replacements across the UK. With 100+ breakdown vehicles nationwide and a growing team, we’re looking for a sharp, detail-focused professional to join our Quality Team and help keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Review and quality-check completed job cards to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Make sure work matches customer requests and safety standards
• Spot and correct pricing or process errors before invoicing
• Ensure all customer info is captured correctly (PO numbers, fleet details, etc.)
• Contact customers when further work is needed
• Re-log jobs if required and raise credit requests when necessary
• Provide feedback to Team Leaders and liaise with Account Managers

About You:

• You have an eye for detail and stay calm under pressure
• Strong communicator and problem-solver
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in quality, admin, or customer service is a plus
